Hand baggage/checked in baggage

Each passenger is allowed one piece of hand baggage with a size of no more than 56*23*36 cm and weighing up to 5 kg.

You can carry liquids in containers (bottles, jars, tubes, etc.) of up to 100 ml in your hand baggage (regardless of the amount of liquid in the container). The total volume must not exceed 1 liter per passenger. If a container is larger than 100 ml but only partially filled, it is not allowed and must be checked in as baggage.

You can carry liquids purchased from Duty Free in your hand baggage. However, please note that on subsequent flights, you will need to check them in when you transfer.

You can take liquids in your hand baggage, including cosmetics in containers (bottles, bottles, containers, tubes, etc.) up to 100 ml (regardless of the volume of liquid in the container). The total volume should not exceed 1 liter per passenger.

Perfume and cologne can be carried in hand baggage if the volume of one bottle does not exceed 100 ml (regardless of the volume of liquid in the container).

Shampoo of any volume can be carried in baggage. In hand baggage, the volume of one bottle should not exceed 100 ml (regardless of the volume of liquid in the container). In this case, the total volume of liquids should not exceed 1 liter.

The volume of one container should not exceed 100 ml. Even if you have a jar/tube of 200 ml and less than half of it is filled with a liquid, it will not be allowed to be brought on board as hand baggage.

In Kazakhstan, there are restrictions on the following categories: meat and fish products, dairy and fermented milk products, honey, and jelly-like products. If you want to bring food items, make sure they are allowed for transportation according to the customs regulations of the departure and arrival countries.

Fermented dairy products can only be transported in checked baggage.

For domestic flights within Kazakhstan: There are no transportation restrictions (within the limits of your purchased baggage allowance).

For international flights: You need to check the customs regulations of the departure and arrival countries.

Nuts can be carried both in hand baggage and in baggage.

Fruits can be transported in hand baggage and in checked baggage?

Sweets can be transported both in hand baggage and in checked baggage if they do not exceed the norm of hand baggage /checked baggage you bought.

Alcohol purchased in Duty Free can be taken into the cabin in hand baggage, the total weight should not exceed 5 kg (10 kg when buying increased hand baggage). If alcohol was purchased before the security area, it must be checked in. The volume of alcoholic beverages carried must comply with the customs control rules of the country of arrival.

Baby food is allowed in the cabin. The volume must be calculated for the period of the flight.

You can use a stroller up to the aircraft door by notifying the ground staff at the check-in counter in advance (you will be given a tag for the stroller).

If the stroller's dimensions are within 56*23*36 cm and you are traveling with a child under 5 years old, the stroller can be taken into the cabin.

If the dimensions exceed 56*23*36 cm, you must leave the stroller at the aircraft door. It will be loaded into the baggage hold, and you can retrieve it at the baggage claim area.

You can bring a stroller by checking it in accordance with the standard baggage rules.

You can bring a valuable item in your hand baggage, provided that the total hand baggage does not exceed one piece, weighs no more than 5 kg (10 kg if you purchased extra hand baggage), and complies with all aviation security regulations.

If the valuable item does not meet the size requirements for hand baggage, you will need to book an additional seat (CBBG) for it in the cabin. This service can only be purchased when booking the ticket through the contact center, travel agencies, or airline ticket offices.

The equipment must comply with the size and weight restrictions for hand baggage, 56*23*36 cm and 5 kg. Lithium-ion batteries must be in hand baggage and the capacity limit is 100 watt-hours. During security, you may be asked to remove small appliances from your hand baggage for inspection.

A laptop can be transported in hand baggage. Each passenger is allowed one piece of hand baggage weighing no more than 5 kg (10 kg if additional hand baggage is purchased).

You can take wired chargers in your hand baggage.

Power banks can only be carried in hand baggage.

The ability to transport lithium batteries by plane depends on their watt-hour (Wh) capacity (for rechargeable lithium-ion batteries) or their lithium content (LC) (for non-rechargeable lithium-metal batteries).

Spare lithium batteries can only be transported in hand baggage. It is prohibited to carry spare batteries in checked baggage.

Lithium-ion batteries with a capacity of more than 100 Wh but not exceeding 160 Wh can be transported separately as spare batteries or installed in equipment, only in hand baggage, with prior approval from FlyArystan. Each passenger is allowed to carry no more than two (2) spare batteries with a capacity of 100 to 160 Wh, equipped with individual protection.

Portable electronic devices with installed or spare batteries that do not meet the criteria specified in this section cannot be transported as checked baggage or hand baggage.

The typical lithium-ion battery capacity for a standard laptop is approximately 53 Wh.

The drone can be transported both in hand baggage and in checked baggage. The possibility of transportation to other countries must comply with the customs control rules of the country of arrival.

A camera can be carried in hand baggage or checked baggage.

For hand baggage, each passenger is allowed one piece of hand baggage weighing no more than 5 kg (10 kg if additional hand baggage is purchased).

In checked baggage, the camera can be included as long as it does not exceed the weight limit of your purchased baggage allowance.

Bring valuable items and anything you might need during the wait for your flight or during the flight itself into the cabin. For example, jewelry, money, documents, and medications required during the flight. The weight and dimensions of your hand baggage must comply with the airline's standards and airport security regulations.

You can bring an electric razor with you in your hand baggage, as well as a trimmer. The razor and its cassettes must be checked as baggage.

Mercury thermometers are only allowed in checked baggage. Electronic thermometers can be brought into the cabin.

Any scissors, even manicure scissors, must be check in with baggage and cannot be brought as hand baggage.

You can bring an electronic or mechanical blood pressure monitor into the cabin. Lithium-ion batteries must be in hand baggage, with a capacity limit of 100 watt-hours. A mercury blood pressure monitor in its original case must be checked in as baggage.

Matches are prohibited by fire safety rules. They cannot be carried either in baggage or in hand baggage.
