• For flights within Kazakhstan, passenger check-in at the iJan self-service check-in counter begins 6 hours before a flight. Baggage check-in starts 2 hours before a flight and ends 40 minutes before scheduled departure.
• For international flights, check-in at the counter starts 3 hours before a flight and closes 60 minutes before departure.

You must arrive at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. At Istanbul, Delhi, and Dubai International Airports, you must arrive at the boarding gate at least 50 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

Standard hand baggage (5 kg, 56x23x36 cm) - is free of charge, increased hand luggage (10 kg, 56x23x36 cm) - is paid, and can be purchased in the FlyArystan application or on the website, as well as at the check-in counter (more expensive at the airport). You can independently request a confirmation of flight completion on the airline's official website at the link. To complete the process, enter your ticket number and the passenger's surname in Latin characters in the designated fields and save the confirmation document.

As soon as you discover that something has been left on the plane, you need to contact the 'Lost and Found' department of the airport of arrival, as all found items are transferred to this department by our staff.

If there is a mistake in the name or surname with up to 3 incorrect letters that don’t change the meaning, airport supervisors can correct it for an additional fee. If the name and surname were entered in reverse, the passenger should immediately contact the call center at 8 727 331 10 10. For other cases, passengers must contact the call center at least one day before the flight. The request will be reviewed individually and in order of submission.
