What are the penalties associated with my ticket?

How can I find the amount it would cost to rebook the ticket and the amount I will receive if I were to refund the ticket?

To find this, please go to the "Manage Your Booking" section in the mobile app or website. Then proceed to change the date or request a refund by clicking the appropriate buttons. Select the new flight and follow the instructions. The website or app will guide you to a page where you can review the terms for changing the date or requesting a refund.

What are airport fees?

A specific fee charged by the airport to the airline for servicing its flights (e.g., takeoff and landing fees, aviation security, use of terminal facilities, passenger and baggage check-in, etc.). The amount of these fees is determined by the individual airports, local authorities, or governments of the countries where the airport is located.

When choosing the "Flexi" fare, will changing the date be free of charge?

It is important to understand that when choosing the "Flexible" fare, there is no "penalty" for rebooking. This means that if the booking class remains the same as when the ticket was originally purchased, no additional payment will be required when changing the booking date. However, if the booking class differs, you will need to pay the difference between the classes, but no rebooking penalty will be charged.

How can I tell if my ticket is refundable or non-refundable? Where can I find the fare conditions?

You can find your fare and booking class on your electronic ticket, where it will be displayed as a single letter in the "Class" field. For more detailed information about the refund conditions for your specific fare, please visit the link.

Do you give discounts for passangers traveling as a group?

Group booking requests are accepted by submitting an application for a group of 15 or more people for domestic flights and 10 or more people for international flights on the website. Special promotional offers do not apply to group bookings.

Do you have discounts on fares for children?

FlyArystan offers passengers a choice of two fare types: the special "Economy" fare and the standard "Flex" fare. According to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, FlyArystan provides a 50% discount on the "Flex" fare for passengers aged 2 to 14 years.
