How can I add a child to my reservation?

Tickets for children can be purchased separately from those for their parents only via FlyArystan Contact Center or travel agencies.

Do infants also need a ticket to fly?

Infants under 2 years old can fly without being provided a separate seat, however, according to the flight safety regulations, each infant have to have a separate ticket. Learn more 

How can I buy a ticket for a child only? Do you offer the Unaccompanied Minors service?

You can buy a ticket for an unaccompanied child either by contacting FlyArystan Contact Center by +7 727 331 10 10, or via a travel agency. FlyArystan offers a paid service for transportation of unaccompanied minors. The service can be purchased during reservation or later via the Contact Center or the agency, but not later than 24 hours before the departure. What documents are required to travel with children?

Children under 16 can fly within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan upon presenting the original birth certificate. If a child is accompanied by an adult passenger who is not the child’s parent, the passenger has to present the original notarized power of attorney from one of the parents to fly with the child. How do I carry a baby stroller? Is it considered as baggage?

In addition to the free baggage allowance, a passenger can carry one baby stroller free of charge if the dimensions of the folded stroller, including all its elements, correspond to the dimensions established for hand baggage (56x23x36 cm). If the dimensions of the folded stroller exceed the hand baggage limits, it can be carried as checked baggage free of charge. A stroller is considered baggage if it is carried by an adult passenger without a child.
