Changing your booking

Note:

  • You cannot add a new passenger to an existing booking. You will need to create a new booking.
  • You can add an infant to an already existing booking.

 

Flight changes

You can change your flight's date and time by paying a Service fee, Penalty for the flight change, and if applicable -fare differences no later than 2 hours before scheduled departure time on domestic routes and no later than 3 hours on international routes:

  • online via Manage My Booking on the website or Mobile App
  • via the FlyArystan Contact Center.

The flight change penalty and service fee are charged per passenger and per each flight segment in addition to the fare difference. The Penalty amount depends on your fare type. Please check your fare type here.

If your departure date/time was changed, special services and selected seats are not guaranteed. You will need to purchase the service again on the changed flight by contacting the place of purchase.

Name/surname and gender correction

Passengers with misspelled first or last names are not allowed to the FlyArystan flights.

The passenger’s first and last names should be filled in Latin according to the passport or ID.

 

If a passenger mistyped their name or surname: 

  1. If the name or surname contains an error, the passenger must contact the ticket vendor to correct it.
  2. For tickets purchased on flyarystan.com or through the FlyArystan mobile app, corrections require an additional fee: 1 000 KZT for correcting the name or surname + 5 000 KZT for the service fee on domestic flights or 8 000 KZT on international flights.*

*FlyArystan issues a new ticket when correcting data and charges a service fee for this process.

 

How to request a correction:

 

  1. Send a request at least 24 hours before departure to contact.centre@flyarystan.com.
  2. Attach a color-scanned copy of your identification document to the email.
  3. Call the Contact Center at +7 727 331-10-10 (available from 08:00 to 20:00) after sending the email.

Travel extras

Purchase travel extras even after you've booked your flight or proceed online check-in:

How to buy travel extras on the website:

  • click on the “Extras” tab on the home page
  • enter your surname and your booking number (The six-digit code indicated in your ticket. Example: R0Q8D9)
  • press the Continue button and go to the Manage booking page
  • add your travel extras and pay online
Important:   
  • Baggage, hand baggage, fare bundles, and other services can be purchased online no later than 2 hours before scheduled departure time on domestic routes and no later than 3 hours on international routes. Baggage at the airport is more expensive and paid for each kilogram.     
  • Baggage, seats, fare bundles, and other services cannot be added after airport check-in is closed.
  • The fee of fare bundles, additional services, and commission fees are non-refundable.
