Refund and Cancellation
You can cancel your reservation no later than 2 hours before the scheduled departure time for a domestic route and no later than 3 hours for an international route of your flight for a cancellation fee.

- The fee of fare bundles, additional services, and commission fees are non-refundable.
Self-refund is available on website or via FlyArystan mobile app.
Available only for tickets purchased on the flyarystan.com and in the FlyArystan mobile app. In other cases, contact the place of purchase (OTA/ agency).
To make a refund, you must
- go to the "Manage my booking" section. Next, enter the booking number and the passenger's surname in latin letters in the appropriate fields.
- Click on the "Cancel flight" button.
- Select the flight(s) for which you wish to return the ticket and click ‘Continue’. Please note that the selected flights will be cancelled for all passengers in the booking. To refund a ticket for only one passenger from the list, please contact the Contact Centre;
- Information about the refundable, non-refundable amount and where it will be refunded (to a payment card or as a voucher) will be displayed on the next page.
- Tick the box "I have read and accept the Refund rules" and click ‘Continue’. Your ticket will be refunded.
Please note, that if you are checked-in for a flight, you must cancel your check-in before making a refund. You can do this in this section through the "Cancel register" function.
Cancellation is not possible less than 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. If you arrive late for boarding, you will forfeit 100% of your fare paid. In case of ‘no show’ for the flight only unused airport taxes are refunded.
