A fiscal receipt for ticket purchase or refund can be downloaded here by filling out the form below. The receipt becomes available on the third day after the date of purchase or refund processing and is issued only for tickets purchased via the FlyArystan website, mobile application, or iJan kiosks at the airport.

  • A fiscal receipt is issued on the website to residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan when paying in national currency (KZT) only.
