You can pay for your flight using various methods:

  • Bank transfer (for corporate clients)
  • FlyArystan voucher
  • Cash at the airport (with FlyArystan staff)
  • Through the Kaspi.kz app
  • On credit via Halyk and Kaspi banks (select this option during payment).

Can I reserve a ticket for myself now and pay for it later?

No, you must pay for the ticket at the time of reservation in order for the transaction to occur and your ticket be reserved.

What do I do if I get an error when paying for my ticket?

First, check your internet connection. Second, verify that online transactions are enabled on the card you are using as payment. Finally, ensure that the limit for online purchases has not been exceeded.

What do I do if the transaction occurred successfully but I have not received the confirmation over email?

You will need to contact the airline by messaing us on WhatsApp at +7-702-702-0227 or via Live Chat (available 24/7) in the FlyArystan Mobile app or on the website.

How do I obtain a receipt of the payment made on the website?

You need to go to "Manage your booking" on the website, then select "Confirmation Inquiries" followed by "Payment Receipt." Enter the booking number and the passenger's last name in Latin letters.

Why does the payment amount differ from the original ticket price when booking through an agency? (Transaction Fee)

The ticket price consists of the fare, airport fees, the airline's service fee, and the agency's service fee. At the beginning of the booking process, the fare and airport fees are displayed, followed by the agency's service fee.

Where can I obtain my ticket?

After the payment has occurred, you will receive a booking confirmation to the email address you provided during the booking process. You can also download your ticket in the "My Trips" section of the mobile app or in the "Manage Booking" section of the website. To do this, select the "Print Ticket" option.

Do I need to print my ticket out?

In order to complete registartion and security screening for your flight, the electronic version of the ticket will be sufficient.
