iJan terminals

iJan is your digital assistant for check-in at the airport.

With iJan you can:

• check in for the flight (the cost of check-in at the terminal is 2000 tenge, online it is free of charge)
• weigh and check your baggage
• buy additional services
• print out your boarding pass if you have online check-in (paid service - 500 KZT)

The iJan terminal is available 6 hours in advance on domestic flight and closes 40 minutes before your scheduled flight departs.

Step-by-step instructions are displayed on the screen:

1. Scan your ID document with the back side facing the scanner, or manually enter your booking number.
2. Next, you can select a seat on the plane, and the kiosk will print your boarding pass.

Electronic documents are not accepted by the terminal.

You will have time to check in online for free, because online check-in opens 30 days and closes 40 minutes before departure for domestic flights and 60 minutes before departure for international flights.

Boarding pass can be printed for a fee at the iJan terminal, the cost is 500 tenge. When checking in online for international flights, a boarding pass is not issued, it must be obtained at the check-in counter at the airport free of charge, after checking the availability of the necessary entry documents.

A baggage tag can be obtained from the iJan terminal.

To view the status of the flight, open the "Flight status" section in the side menu in the FlyArystan mobile application or go to the "Booking and Management" section on the website, then go to "Flight status". Enter your itinerary and the day of departure.

If the flight is delayed for two hours, passengers are offered soft drinks. For flights delayed over four hours you will be offered a meal. If the flight is delayed for eight hours during the day and for six hours at night, you will be able to stay at a hotel at the expense of the airline with a transfer from the airport and back. You need to contact the airline representatives at the check-in counters.

We advise you to arrive at the airport at least two hours before departure for flights within Kazakhstan and three hours before departure for international flights. Check-in and baggage acceptance for FlyArystan flights ends 40 minutes before departure for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. There may also be queues at baggage reception, inspection and border control.
