How can I transport my wheelchair?
Wheelchairs of all types are transported only as checked baggage. The transportation of wheelchairs is free of charge, beyond the established baggage allowance.
To ensure all necessary arrangements are made and to avoid potential inconveniences, passengers traveling with their own wheelchairs must notify us in advance by sending a request to special.services@flyarystan.com no later than 24 hours before departure.

Passengers with a cast on their broken leg will not be allowed on the flight if they cannot bend their knee.
Are there any medical reasons that will prevent a seriously ill person from flying?
It is mandatory to follow the recommendations of your doctor before planning and purchasing any travel reservations. The airline has the right to deny a passanger travel if their medical certificate state that flying could harm their health.
Can I bring medication in my hand baggage if I am traveling with a seriously ill person?
There are no restrictions for solid medications (tablets, capsules, powders, or pills). Liquid medications (syrups, tinctures, solutions, ointments, creams) are subject to the same requirements and restrictions as other liquids—no more than 100 ml (the volume of each container must not exceed 100 ml). It’s best to carry all medications in their original packaging. If you are taking a medication prescribed by a doctor, bring the prescription with you, as security may ask to see the medications. If a passenger requires essential medications during the flight, please contact airport security at the departure screening for further information.
