Online check-in

This service is free. If you have no preferences regarding your seats, the system will allocate a random free seat. If you want to choose a specific seat, you can purchase the seat selection service and choose a seat to be closer to the exist, window, or aisle.

You can register:

• in the FlyArystan mobile application/ on the website - free of charge;
• at the airport in Kazakhstan - 2000 tenge;
• purchase of the check-in service in the FlyArystan app or on the FlyArystan website in advance – 1000 tenge;
• at the airport to international destinations - $33;
• advance purchase of the check-in service in the FlyArystan app or on the FlyArystan website to international destinations - $11.

Check-in closes 40 minutes before departure for domestic flights within Kazakhstan and 60 minutes for international flights.

Online check-in is available only in the FlyArystan mobile application and on the official website of flyarystan.com.

Online check-in opens 30 days in advance. Check in closes 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time for flights domestically within Kazakhstan and 60 minutes for international flights.

In the FlyArystan mobile app, go to the "Check-in" tab on the bottom menu, or on the website, click on "Flight Check-in" on the homepage. Enter your personal details and your booking number (a six-character alphanumeric code, like 1BYR13), which you can find on your ticket or booking confirmation.

Next, select your flight and passengers for check-in, review the Online Check-in Rules and Dangerous Goods Rules. The system will then offer you the option to choose a preferred seat for an additional fee. If you don’t want to pay for a seat, click "Continue," and the system will assign you a free seat.

During online check-in, you can also add extra baggage or meals if needed.

During online check-in, you can choose the most convenient seats for yourself for an additional fee.

Once the process is complete, an electronic/mobile boarding pass should appear on the screen. If it does not, the online check-in is considered incomplete.

After successfully selecting or purchasing a seat, you must click the "Continue" button to finalize the check-in.

Upon successful completion of online check-in, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided in the booking, along with a link to the boarding pass.

Photos/Screenshots of the boarding passes from the screen of a mobile device are not accepted. You need to print out your boarding pass, or present your mobile boarding pass, saved in PDF format.

An electronic ticket is not a boarding pass.

In order to complete boarding and registration, you need to either print out your boarding pass, or present your mobile boarding pass, saved in PDF format. Printing a boarding pass at the airport terminal will cost money, on domestic flights through the iJan terminal - 500 tenge.

To change your seat on board, you need to cancel online check-in in the "My trips" section in the FlyArystan app or "Manage Booking" on the website and re-check in online, where you can choose/purchase a seat that is convenient for you (depending on the fare package).

Online check-in is not available for:

• unaccompanied children;
• passengers of charter flights;
• passengers with an extra seat;
• passengers with a request for special service.

We recommend our passengers to use the free online check-in service. Check-in at the airport, including iJan self-service terminals, is subject to a fee.

1. Check that the details entered in your booking and on the website are correct.
2. Make sure that there are no more than 30 days left before your departure.
3. You do not belong to a special category of passengers who require special assistance.

In the mobile application, on the bottom panel in the "My trips" tab or on the website in the "Manage Booking" tab, on the main page, enter your last name (surname/family name) in Latin letters and your booking number - a six-digit alphanumeric code (1BRY13), which is indicated on your ticket or in the confirmation email that you received after the purchase of a ticket. Next, you need to select the flight and passengers to cancel the check-in for, click "Continue" and cancel check-in.
