FlyArystan Quiz Terms & Conditions


1. General Provisions

This quiz is an educational marketing activity aimed at increasing users’ awareness of the services and products of FlyArystan.
The quiz is not a lottery, contest, gambling activity, or a public promise of reward in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Participation in the quiz is voluntary and free of charge. The Organizer does not collect personal data of users.

2. Organizer

The organizer of the quiz is Joint Stock Company “FlyArystan” (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

3. Participation Conditions

Participation is open to individuals
Recommended age: 18 years and older
No geographical restrictions
Participation is available via: https://play.flyarystan.com 
By participating in the quiz, the user confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Quiz Mechanics

The quiz consists of 10 questions
A result is assigned upon completion (score / final screen)
Upon completion, the user may receive a promo code

The Organizer reserves the right to determine:

  • the conditions for issuing promo codes
  • the logic for calculating results

5. Promo Code Terms of Use


The promo code is provided as part of the quiz
The promo code can only be used in the FlyArystan mobile application
The promo code applies to the purchase of checked baggage only during flight ticket booking


Restrictions:

  • has a limited validity period
  • cannot be exchanged for cash
  • cannot be combined with other promotions or offers

6. Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for:

  • technical failures of the website or third-party services
  • errors made by users when entering data
  • inability to use the promo code due to reasons beyond the Organizer’s control

7. Right to Modify Terms

The Organizer reserves the right to:

  • amend these Terms & Conditions
  • suspend or terminate the quiz
  • change the promo code conditions without prior notice
