Public Rules of the Promotion 20,000,000th FlyArystan Passenger

 

  1. Organizer and Donor. The Promotion is held by JSC “FlyArystan” (Organizer) jointly with LLP “Allur Motor Qazaqstan” (Donor) within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  2. Period. Promotion period: from November “15” to November “22”, 2025. Information about the Winner will be published by November “25”, 2025.
  3. Participants. All passengers who have flown with FlyArystan flights until the milestone of “20,000,000” transported passengers is reached. No additional registration is required.
  4. Prize. A car (specifications — Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement). The Prize will be transferred to the Winner by the Donor under a gift agreement and an acceptance-transfer act. No monetary compensation is provided.
  5. Determination of the Winner (non-random).
    6.1. Basis: Organizer’s internal system data (DCS/Hitit).
    6.2. Methodology: accounting of the total number of passengers carried on all completed flights since May 2019; fixing the sequence of transportations in the IS; the Winner is the passenger whose flight corresponds to the threshold value of “20,000,000”.
    6.3. Documentation: Commission Protocol (template — Appendix No. 15) and Winner Confirmation Act (Appendix No. 16) based on system data extracts.
  6. Communications and PR. Announcements about the Promotion and the Winner will be published in the Organizer’s owned channels (website, app, social media). Key materials are subject to approval by the Donor.
  7. Personal data and image. Processing of personal data and use of the Winner’s image/name are carried out on the basis of consents under Appendices No. 5 and No. 6, solely for the purposes of the Promotion and its coverage.
  8. Refusal/unavailability of the Winner. In case of refusal/unavailability of the Winner within 30 calendar days, the procedure of re-determination/annulment under the Agreement applies.
  9. Legal disclaimer. The Promotion is not a lottery, gambling activity, or drawing; the procedure does not involve any element of chance.

These Rules are an integral part of the Agreement and shall be applied together with other Appendices (No. 2, No. 15, No. 16, etc.).
