1. We inform you that based on this request, this booking will be canceled and seats will be canceled (passengers will be removed from the flight). Cancelled seats are not subject to restoration.

2. In accordance with the rules of the airline, the refund of the cost of the ticket and additional services is carried out at the place of purchase of the ticket in cash, non-cash form or in the form of a voucher.

3. The airline's rules provide for a forced refund of the ticket price for health reasons, provided that the passenger is ill after purchasing the ticket. Chronic and long-term illnesses are not considered.
